Region 9 - Western Slope 

Regional Director:    Coady Shawcroft, Grand Junction

Northern Boundary:  Colorado-Utah border west of Rangely SE to Gypsum then east on I-70 to Copper Mountain. 

Eastern Boundary:  Copper Mountain south on Colorado Highway 91 to Leadville, but not including Leadville.  US Highway 24 south from Leadville to US Highway 285 continuing south to Poncha Springs.

Southern Boundary:  WSW from Poncha Springs to Ridgeway and then continuing in a generally WNW direction to the Colorado-Utah border just west of Paradox. 

Western Boundary: Colorado-Utah border west of Paradox continuing north to a point on the Colorado-Utah border just west of Rangely.
