Eastern Boundary: From Wolf Creek Pass south and west along US Highway 160 and US Highway 84 south to the New Mexico border.

Southern Boundary: From the Colorado-New Mexico border south of Chromo on US Highway 84 west to Four Corners.

Western Boundary: From the Colorado-Utah border west of paradox south to Four Corners .
